What happens if it rains?+

Safety first — we don't recommend operating inflatables in heavy rain or high winds. If the forecast looks bad we'll work with you to reschedule for free.

How much space do I need?+

Our bouncers with slides need a flat area roughly 26ft × 16ft or larger, with overhead clearance. We'll confirm sizing with you before your booking.

Do you need power?+

Yes — one standard outdoor outlet within 75ft of the bouncer. Bring an extension cord, or let us know if you need a generator.

What surfaces can you set up on?+

Grass is ideal. Concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf also work using sandbag anchors. Gravel, mulch, and loose dirt aren't suitable.

How does pick-up and drop-off work?+

We run a simple pick-up & drop-off model — easy and contactless. Simple setup instructions are included with every rental.

How does pricing work?+

Listed prices are the weekend day rate. Weekday rentals (Mon–Thu) automatically get 10% off. Bouncer + concession combo is $200/day ($180 weekday). 2-day bouncer rate is $290.

Do you offer combo deals?+

Yes — add a cotton candy OR snow cone machine to any bouncer for a flat $200/day. That includes 30 servings.

How do I lock in my date?+

Pick your rental and date on the booking page, send us your details, and we'll confirm within 24 hours.

Are the bouncers clean and safe?+

Every inflatable and machine is cleaned and inspected before every rental. All inflatables are commercial-grade.
